From where I could download a guide to install
DBAudit in a SQL2000 Cluster with
severals nodes and instances ?
3 nodes, 5 instaces...

There is no separate guide for that. Anyway, its no different then installing it on non-clustered machine. You do exactly the same thing. The only thing that you would need to repeat, in case if you use system-level auditing, is to copy xp_dbaudit.dll to each node into SQL Server's BINN directory. In that case don't forget to retsrat each node after you are done with the installation and initial setup.
