Barefoot -- the link to your other topic may have uncovered the root of the issue for me.

I think that the tip to use spaces in the names of the jobs is going to be the key. I just tried renaming some of the jobs so that they included spaces, and they are showing up in much more appropriately-sized boxes now. So that might just do the trick.

I'll include the screenshot of one of the groups of jobs here anyway, so that you can see what it looked like.
