Just a status update. I have no resolution for this yet; still waiting for developers to complete their investigation of this issue.

Any further update on this issue?

We have tried several web-servers and so have been unable to reproduce that issue. We do not posses an Oracle web server here and cannot test it in that environment.

I would like to suggest 2 alternatives:
1. Install a local Apache Tomcat server and use it for the 24x7 web interface instead of the Oracle server. Tomcat can be installed on the same or different machine. Tomcat is free and can be downloaded here http://tomcat.apache.org
2. Try the new interface version provided with the new version of 24x7 Scheduler Java Edition. The new beta version 4 will be available next week. Please give it a try.
