12.4.476: Custom Menu Items does not work/SSMS

Trying to use a custom menu item to open SQL Sentry from an Execution Plane pane and it never shows up in the right click dialog (It used to).

Also set a new custom menu item to appear in All Panes and it does not.

This seems to work for me, tested with SSMS 19.3.

Which "Execution Plane pane" are you testing it with? that refers to SQL Assistant's execution plan pane

I"m testing in SSMS's execution plan pane. But, also I can't get a menu item to show up in ANY pane. Are "All panes" only for SQL Assistant panes?

I could have sworn this worked before.

I can confirm the SQL Execution plan pane does show the custom menu item... so I guess I'm using it wrong.

All pane names in the custom menu options refer to SQL Assistant owned panes. An example of SQ Assistant pane in SSMS is visible on my screenshot. My example test menu is named test 2.
