java.security.InvalidKeyException after upgrade to v6

Hello,

After upgrading from version 5 to version 6 utilizing the in-place upgrade, I receive the following java error:

In case the image fails to load the error is "Illegal key size: java.security.InvalidKeyException".

I have restarted the server (Windows Server 2016), and ensured the two services are running. I've done a little bit of searching and come across https://www.oracle.com/java/technologies/javase-jce-all-downloads.html, but I am not sure if this is the correct route.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Could you please contact support for further assistance. I believe this is a know issue and they can provide instructions for swapping encryption method or library suppoting different key size.
