[12.0.167 BETA] - SE Editor Option - Scroll to last line

It seems that the Scroll to last line SE Editor Option is kind of malfunctioning. Its tooltip states that when this option is disabled it is only possible to scroll to the last page instead of the last line (and it will also hide the vertical scrollbar if there's less text that the client is high). I remember this working properly in previous versions. I used to turn it off because this way when scrolling down (either using the scroll wheel, down arrow key, or PgDn, it only scrolled down until the last page filled the editor rather than the last line being at the top of the editor screen (leaving useless snowstorm in wake of the code rapidly trying to reach LEO). It also did hide the scrollbar when the entire contents of the editor could fit on one page.

Now, this does not work any longer. Check this short video here. Even though there are only 15 lines present that could be comfortably displayed on a single page, the editor does not hide the vertical scrollbar and it is also possible to scroll the text upwards, out of the visible area of the editor. Toggling the setting on/off does somewhat change the height of the vertical scrollbar, but that's all.

We have failed so far to reproduce this issue, and also unable to reproduces visual glitches with the Source Code Control wizard. It might be caused for corruption of some internal memory. There is a bug in Intellisense we fixed recently that may cause such a thing internally but not directly linked to the code behind the editor or the wizard. We would like to share a new build 12.0.0.171 and ask to try it, should be a quick transparent installation. The support team is going to send the download link sometime today.

Thanks, it seems that .171 fixed both the Scroll to last line-related issue and the visual glitch in Source Code Control wizard. Or could it have been the reinstalling? I haven't tried that before installing .171 over .167.

If what we think might be related doesn't manifest immediately, it kind of degrades with use of intellisense. Basically it's an uninitialized pointer
