When writing a query using XML PATH/RAW, if you go back in to add columns after you've written your "FOR XML" after the FROM line, you get another "tablename as X" after the XML statement

Also you will notice that the popup does not recognize the existing table I'm working with after pressing comma and auto suggest columns in that table as it normally would. I have to type the table name again (which is probably part of why it inserts the table name). CTRL+SPACE to invoke the popup also does not smarten up the selector popup either.

The popup selector smartens up if a join/where statement is added in after the FROM... probably because it can parse your typical DML statement.

Thank you. I have logged that as a defect, not sure what confuses it, maybe Intellisense somehow threats FOR... as a beginning of next statement, still I have trouble explaining the end result.
