All 24x7 Scheduler Jobs Error Out With Error #1314 |
|
We are receiving an error for all our jobs with the following message in the job log:
Error #1314 loading user profile! Error ignored.
File: C:\24x7\Output\22\22_20210527033021.out
Time: 27-May-2021 03:30:21 AM
Size: 50 bytes
Wonder if you can help me troubleshoot with what this means and what my next steps are?

I think this is more like a warning, The scheduler launched some job using the specified user account, but failed to load account settings normally. Potentially it may impact the job if it depends on the location of user specific directories, or user specific environment variables. That kind of issue may occur when Windows update or restart is pending or some other significant event of the same nature. Please try restarting your server. Let us know if that doesn't clear the issue.
