#1 Correct, you can only include one. That included/shared style can be included in multiple other styles. But cannot be cascading, only one level of inclusion is supported at this time

#2, 3, 4, 5 These are very good question. I'm not sure how it's supposed to work, and I asked for more details. I will get back to you with the answers ASAP.

I somehow imagine it's more or less the way you described it above, it'a set of rule definitions "included" into the "front" style with which they are being used and not where they are saved, so that the "front" style controls the style scope behavior like text wrapping options, keywords, etc...
