That's correct, it's asking for version 11. But may I ask a silly question, why should a license key for version 9 work for version 11? Does it work like that for Microsoft Office product keys? Windows or Apple product keys? any other software package?
On a serious note. If your license is covered by the support and maintenance, and it's current, all upgrades are covered, including new major versions. Please send an email to support, provide a reference to your current license key and ask for a new key for version 11. They will validate your license and send you a new key for v11, it's a very simple process.
