Thanks for the info.
I can confirm the issue have gone after adding following items to Ignored Targets:
Spotify.exe,SpotifyWebHelper.exe,SpotifyLauncher.exe,ekm.exe,Slack.exe
Also I suspect those names are case sensitive. I made this conclusion after adding "spotify.exe" which made no job.
If true, maybe it would be worth to perform case insensitive match.
with regards

This wont fix the case sensitivity, but if can help cut down your ignored list LENGTH by using Wildcards:
Spot*.exe,ekm.exe,Slack.exe
I find this helps readability if the list is particularly long.

Yes, thank you for making me aware about this possibility.
One more note: even after excluding mentioned applications from supported targets, SA still writes log files to their locations. I have no idea how is it possible but the logfile appears simultaneously in both locations (with the same modification date)

I assume all of this is a side effect of SQL Assistant "hooking" into other apps. For whatever reason something becomes discombobulated with which is the appropriate SQLAssistant.sas file to read/write?
