24 x 7 Scheduler not running file with environment variable

All the jobs are getting failed and showing below error when we put its path with environment variable as highlighted:

Job errors: Create process error. Extended error: Cannot run program "%ZN_TASKS_PRICE_UPLOAD%\ZN_Batches\credit_margin_export.bat": CreateProcess error=2, The system cannot find the file specified

But when we are using complete URL then scheduler is able start the job. Although scheduler is running as service and environment variable is system variable

Have you restarted the service after changing the environment variable?

I have tried echo "/%ZN_TASKS_PRICE_UPLOAD%/" > c:\temp\test.log and reset the services after setting up environment variables.But it is still not working.I have tried cmd / c in front of command line and it is running the batch file.Could you please suggest how to wok without cmd /c as our all jobs are configured with environment variables.

Somebody suggested to me to add cmd /C to the environment variable value. This little change should resolve the issue. Hope that works for you.

Actually we are not allowed to make such change (add cmd/ c in front of environment variable) in our production environment and also older version is working fine without adding this.
