FR/B: allow copy/cut in SQL Code Structure view

There seems to be a bug in SQL Code Structure view. It allows selecting parts of code from the pane itself using the context menu.

However, it does not provide copying/cutting menu items immediately from that context and sometimes invoking the context menu on the selection does not enable clipboard related items as you can see on the screenshot below:

And the FR: I'd like to request a feature which would allow to drag and drop items directly in the Structure view. It could enhance/speed up code reordering by magnitudes.

Thank you very much for reporting the issue with selection and disabled menus. I can reproduce it in SQL Editor. I also tried SSMS and its fine in SSMS. I'm going to log this bug and submit your FR as well.
