Highlight active row in result grid

Whenever I navigate result pane with many rows & cols in output I tend to loose sight of current row though the background of active cells is highlighted with diff color. I suggest to highlight active row by changing the background color of the entire row so that one can confidently analyse multiple cols data without loosing active row sight.
In other words, highlight active row back color like cell. (Let active cell color bit darker than active row).

Yes, it will, but then you're going to lose the highlight of the cell itself. I find this suggestion a good one. Actually, I'd go one step further. Since multiple selections are already possible (and even copying them is) I'd highlight both their row AND column as well.

This suggestion still not working in latest version. I don't see active row in diff color like active cell.
