Not all semaphore files being checked

Hi, there seems to be a problem checking semaphore files in the most recent version of 24x7: a job which is meant to wait on multiple semaphore files will trigger when only a few of them are present.

Example 1:

1. job is set to trigger 'when certain files are found'.
files to check are test1.txt,test2.txt,test3.txt,test4.txt,test5.txt,test6.txt,test7.txt,test8.txt,test9.txt
'Delete semaphore file before run'
check every 1 minute
size interval 0 seconds
2. Create test1.txt, test2.txt, test3.txt, test4.txt, and test5.txt.
3. Job will trigger.

	Code:
	2 Mon Sep 23 20:09:04 NZST 2013 Mon Sep 23 20:09:04 NZST 2013 168 SASTest Semaphore file(s) C:\Program Files (x86)\24x7_Scheduler\test1.txt, C:\Program Files (x86)\24x7_Scheduler\test2.txt, C:\Program Files (x86)\24x7_Scheduler\test3.txt, C:\Program Files (x86)\24x7_Scheduler\test4.txt, C:\Program Files (x86)\24x7_Scheduler\test5.txt found. Any chance of a quick fix for this?

24x7 MP Edition 5.1 399, JVM 1.6.0-37-b06, Windows 7 Pro SP1 64-bit

This is a known regression in 5.1.399 that had been fixed in more recent builds. Please update your installation to version 5.1.402 or later.

Thanks for the prompt reply. I just requested a new download and still ended up with 399.

I just tried it downloading it and I got 5.1.402. Could you please try clearing your browser cache and and trying the same download again?

I filled in the screen where you request a trial version, then I downloaded the link SoftTree sent me (key=381753757)

Are you saying there's another place to download it?

I select the 5.1.402 zip package (not graphical Windows installer) from that page and get taken to the Trial Version Download page. I fill in my details, wait for the e-mail, download the link supplied--in a different browser this time, and still end up with 5.1 399 8-(

I've got the same result for the zip file. We are looking into that.

In a mean time, would you please try downloading the full graphical installer? That should install 5.1.402 on your system.

We have updated the public download link to grab from the repository build 5.1.503 for both the graphical installer and the zip installation package.

Hi, that's looking much better thanks. Seems to have fixed the semaphore problem.

BTW, typo in version number above, it should be 5.1.403
