SQL Assistant 3.1.19 and VB 6 Integration |
|
Hi,
I am unable to integrate SQL Assistant 3.1.19 with my VB 6 (SP6) editor. When i try to register the target, it poups up a warning message "unsupported window class". Pl see the screen-shorts for more details.
I request you to review the screen-shorts and let me know where am i doing a mistake in integration? there is a big developers community for vb6 and i request you to provide a support for vb6 enviroment if not available.

I'm afraid this is one of the targets that cannot be integrated with SQL Assistant directly, without extra programming. The editor uses some kind of custom edit control, which doesn't play by standard Windows rules. Basically the editor control is not based on one of the standard Windows edit classes.

Table Name prefix |
|
Hi,
There are many instances when SQL Assistance automatically prefix table name before column name inspite I have set "Automatically Add Aliases" to FALSE and also when only single table name is used in FROM clause.

Hi,
We have already fixed that and testing new build. If everything is ok, that build will be made public by the end of today.
