 Run Excel from 24x7 |

Hi,
I am tring to run an Excel file (that run Some Excel Macros) from 24x7 and it's not working. Please could you help me?

How do you run it? As a command line? COM automation? other?
What is not working?

I am running in 24x7 using "Run Program or Document file"
The command line is"D:\StagingArea\Fin\FinXlsV2\_BI\SaleableTonnesOracle.xls"
The Excel file runnning macro and is update from other Excel Files.
When I am using 24x7 I see a Exec.exe process in task manager without any activity on it. The file is not updated.

Try running
"cmd /C start D:\StagingArea\Fin\FinXlsV2\_BI\SaleableTonnesOracle.xls"
This will run the Windows command processor and that in turn will start Excel for you.

Also, you may need to disable Excel security settings and allow running macros without displaying any security confirmation prompts.

I already changed the security level to low.

I think somebody else was using the file... It's working now. Thanks for your help.
