24x7 COM can't logon / Server reply is invaild |

Hi !
we can't use the 24X7 COM interface (ASP version) for logon after a few days. It reports the error message "Server reply is invalid".
I have have seen the other thread (http://www.softtreetech.com/support/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=21573&highlight=server+reply+invalid) but the thread doesn't give an answer to the problem.
Only way to solve the problem right now is to restart the IIS or reboot server.
Any ideas ?

Let's attempt to find the root cause. In the scheduler, please enable the tracing option. When this error occurs again, please post last 20-30 lines from the master.log file, which you will find in the scheduler installation directory. This text should tell us whether the scheduler is actually responding to web console requests or not. If it isn't then the problem is somewhere in IIS and COM interface loading/initialization, otherwise it is in 24x7
I memory is not faulting me, the referenced poster ended up using JSP based console with a local Tomcat instance. If you want, you can add a post to the referenced topic asking for help, and the original poster should receive an automatic email notification. May be he will reply to your asking and share what that they have done to fix this issue.
