Yes. Tools/Job Database Manager is what you are likely looking for.
If you need to copy jobs to a different computer, just copy the job database file. If the file name is different, on the target computer use File/Open menu in 24x7 to open the copied file.

Yeah I wanted to make a second copy of the jobs.
I used the manager to move them out and then copy them back into another folder.
