Hi. This is not an issue with Windows Server 2003 R2. That's for sure. We have done extensive testing. It is likely a conflict with some other software or path installed on the server. We are still trying to figure based on the provided minidump as which function is breaking and possible reasons for that. The engineering still has to produce a debug version in the format compatible with the minidump in order to resolve exact place in the code when it crashes. This may take a while. I cannot offer you a timeframe at this time. May take hours or days. If you want to try something on your side, install the software on a clean Windows Server 2003 R2 with nothing extra installed.
