Test connect on Remote Agent is not Working |

Hi All,
I am new to 24x7 scheduler. I installed in two desktops [ with Linux OS ] as root. In Desktop A, i started master.sh.
In Desktop B, i started agent.sh which has 1096 as the default TCP Listening port .
In Desktop A, i created one new agent with the ip of Desktop B and the port as 1096 [ as in Desktop B -> agent.sh ]. And wen i click TEST CONNECT. The scheduler got hanged.
Am sure, you came across the same problem. How to resolve this.
Am i doing anything wrong.
Do i need to add anything somewhere. ?
Could u please tell me how to connect master scheduler and agent scheduler. And how to run a simple job in agent desktop
having control in master desktop.

Please ensure port 1096 is not blocked by your firewall. You can use telnet command using custom port 1096 to test if you can reach the agent from scheduler computer.
