This would be useful for backing up, moving to another computer (upgrade), upgrading the application. Most common sections would be the formatting rules under Code Formatting, SQL Assistance Options under DB Options, and DB Queries under DB Options. Another option would be to be able to export all non-default settings into a human readable form so it is easy to see what you customize and you can copy and paste the changes yourself.
