Hi,
This is well known issue caused by incompatibilities in different Java versions on different platforms.
Here is a workaround, run the same installer in a graphical mode (without nogui parameter). Alternatively run it on any of your Windows or Linux systems. All the files fill be installed into a single folder and its subfolders. After installation, copy the entire folder to the AIX system. After copy, cd to the destination directory and execute "chmod 755 *.sh" and also "chmod 755 *.pl" This should do it.

Workaround seems to work (not all tests done). I have transferred the whole directory from a windows 2003
to my laptop, then from laptop to all the AIX servers (agents). I have put the JAVA_HOME setting in agent.sh.
