The problem occur when we execute the command "DatabaseRetrieve" I got a message "An Error occured while executing automation script". I need to stop the 24x7 service and restart to fix the problem. Does Oracle 10g is supported with 24x7 Scheduler? Thanks. Please try using an ODBC type connection and check if this still happens. You can also enable the database tracing option in the Tools/Options menu; Log Page and rerun the job with tracing enabled. The generated trace file pbtrace.log could point to the cause of the error.
