Post Application Error Reply with quote

I'm getting an error: "Faulting application 24X7.EXE, version 3.4.26.0, faulting module PBVM70.DLL, version 7.0.3.10095, fault address 0x001551c9."
This error does not occur every time 24x7 is used, but it is a recurring error that comes up every 10 days or so.
I am running Windows Small Business Server 2003 on the server with this error.

Take a look at what you have in the schedule.log and try to find a pattern of events leading to the error.

Also ensure the following:
1. "Job status display" system option is turned on in production environment.
2. All jobs are set to run detached with an exception of jobs using global variables.
3. All jobs are set to run synchronous with an exception of jobs that run for many hours. Use several job queues to run concurrent job streams.

My schedule.log nearest to the error that Windows reported on 6/25/2006 at 12:37:27 AM is:
6/20/2006 12:23:19 0 0 0 24x7 Scheduler 24x7 Scheduler starting...
6/26/2006 14:44:07 0 0 0 24x7 Scheduler 24x7 Scheduler terminating...
As you can see schedule.log contains gives no reason as to why I had the application error, would other logs contain more useful information on the error?

Is this consistent with other cases?

Yes, none of the other errors correspond to the times in the event viewer either, although there are different events before and after Microsoft logged the error.

Please email the complete log to support and also indicate times of error events recorded in the event log.

In a mean time please verify settings I mentioned in the first reply are in place.
