You don't have an older version of 24x7 installed on that machine? Were you able to start it after the installation? Please check Windows Application and System event logs for related error messages? Let us know if you find anything there. Also what do you get in the schedule.log file in the 24x7 installation directory? : Only happens with 24x7 - I uninstalled the software and reinstalled (twice). : It's an XP machine. Not sure what you mean by virtual machine.
