If you run the Windows version do this: Run regedit.exe. Navigate to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftTree Technologies, Inc.\24x7 Scheduler\3.0\Queues" folder and then delete or rename the faulting queue. If you run the Java version do this: Make a backup of the preferences.xml file that can be found in the install directory. Edit preferences.xml file using Notepad or other text editor and manually rename the faulting queue. : I created a new job queue with a / in the name and when I restarted : 24x7 it attempted to create a windows folder and : failed since it's not a valid character for this type of operation. : I'm unable to start 24x7 now as it attempts this each time at startup. : Any ideas on how to fix? : Thanks!!
