You either need to disable the Outlook security (see MS documents how to do that) or don't use Outlook with 24x7. For instance in 24x7 settings you can choose to use SMTP email which will allow 24x7 to talk to your email server directly. Of cource in that case SMTP protocol must be not be blocked on your network. : It appears that Outlook 2003 is blocks attempts by 24x7 scheduler from
