I would like to merger existing jobs on 24x7 scheduler from two machines to one. I have two questions:
1. How can I replace from Example job .dat to another specific one.dat.
2. How to combine two .dat files together without adding each job by manually?

Use Tools/Job Database Manager utility. It will allow you to copy jobs and folders between .dat files. If you have jobs with the same names copy them first (the utility never overwrites existing jobs), close the Job Database Manager utility and manually rename jobs with duplicate names; delete unwanted jobs.

PS. Just in case, make backups of your .dat files before you change them.
