You can password-protect the job definition. Only people who know the password will be able to unprotect the job and see it. To protect the job right-click on the job icon then select Protect Job option in the popup menu. The job database file itself is encrypted and compressed so that nobody can see the internal data in human readable format. The only time when your password might be exposed is when it is sent through the network to the email-server, database or whatever the recipient of the password is.
