Regardless of what I specify in the "Rename File Options" field, 24x7 always appends "24x7" to the filename. Also, if I select "Move and rename ...", the "Rename File Options" field is grayed-out. If this is a bug, is there a workaround?

For "rename" you should be able to specify any text with or without or macro-variables. However if the text is not valid or the file cannot be renamed, 24x7 uses the default "24x7" suffix.

For "move and rename" only default suffix is currently supported, that's why that field is grayed-out and cannot be changed.

To workaround this issue use job notification action of run program or run script types. Using them you can rename or move your files any way you want.
