Do you mean changing them programmatically?

These settings are stored in the registry under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftTree Technologies, Inc.\24x7 Scheduler\3.0" key. You can surely change them from a script using RegistrySet or similar commands but it does not mean your changes will be "seeing" immediately.
