We have 24x7 running as a service and use it to
execute "batch" jobs responding to file triggers.

While viewing the process in the task manager
(NT4.0) I noticed that the number of handles that the
service is holding is growing . It periodically
goes down a little but the overall trend is a larger
number of handles.

Does this have to do with how I am using the product or
is there some type of problem?
