If you used the upgrade setup to install 3.4.10 please reinstall using the full version setup. If that does not help please let us know.

If you have an older version setup, manually delete 24x7.EXE and *.LIB files from 24x7 directory and the run the old setup.

As far as I know there were no changes made in the queue management in version 3.4.10.
From which version did you upgrade?

Due to cross-laungage call problems w/24x7 v3.4.8 I was
using 3.4.9 (see my forum history)

Can you email me the 3.4.9 upgrade. ASAP.

In regards to this issue, I'm not the only one who had problems!

Thanks,
Jim

I cannot email it because of the file size, but I will load it to the web server and then send you a link.
