When I use 24x7 to send e-mails, the from e-mail address shows as none in Outlook, even though i set up the e-mail address in tools\options. What else do I need to do?

What do you have in the registry for "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftTree Technologies, Inc.\24x7 Scheduler\3.0\SMTPSender" value?

24x7scheduler@magnetbanking.com. It happens on all of the installs we have though and all of them have different values for that registry key.

Looks good. Check what you have in the message source. In Outlook right-click on the message and select Properties from the popup menu then go to the Message Source. Is there anything in the "From" or "Reply-to" lines?

As you can see, nothing in From, sender or reply-to.

Most likely that message was sent from a script and you have an empty string specified for the sender parameter or it was sent from a job notification action and the account parameter was left blank.

Okay, it was my understanding that I should only use an account if my SMTP server required it. I'll try it.
