The service name is correct, so what permissions do I need to make this work ?

Service display name is not always the same as the service name. Check that you use the service name not the display name.

You can use the registry editor to lookup service names under "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services" key
