Greetings:

I'm getting 'Download failed for "". Error 32.' from an ftpgetfile command. The goofy thing is, the file is transferred!

This error code is provided by your FTP server. Please check your FTP server documentation for error description.

I made a quick search on the Internet for FTP ERROR 32. Most FTP SERVERS use this code to indicate I/O file errors.
