Jobs can NOT be scheduled to "On 24x7 start-up". When save is clicked the job disables and the log reads "Invalid schedule type". This is mission critical for us and we need a work around NOW.

You are right. This is critical bug. Please download 24x7f.lib file (the link is below) and copy it into 24x7 home directory. This will fix the problem.
