Post html status report time span Reply with quote

The log viewer has serveral days of log entries but the html status report that is being generated only reports the log activities as of midnight for the current day. How do I generate the entire log into the html status report?

If your broser supports frames, days are displayed as a menu on the left hand frame. Clicking on the desired day in the menu, advances status report view in the right hand frame

My browser supports frames and the days are displayed as a menu on the left hand frame. The problem is that there is only one day displayed at any one time. I have four days in my log view but the html status report only displays the log as of midnight. Instead of adding a new day as a menu option at midnight it overwrites the existing day, so only the current day is being displayed.

How many entries do you curretnly have in the log? To count them, open schedule.log file in any editor that shows line numbers or total number of lines (such as MS Word File/Properties/Statistics)

What do you have for the maximum number of log entries parameter in 24x7 Tools/Options/Log?

128 log entries spanning four days. The maximum number of log entries is set to 3000. The html status report has 20 log entries, all since midnight today.

Try the following:
1. backup schedule.log
2. use Notepad or other editor to remove couple of entries written before and after midnight
3. run any job in 24x7
4. check the status report.

If you will not see other days, please email the complete log file to support@softtreetech.com

By the way, which browser do you use?
