Seems it can't be successfully installed. It always gives a pop-up

and will be shut down" before the installation finishs, but the scheduler
is installed.

Have you tried to cleanup your TEMP directory before installing it?

I install the 24x7 automation suite 3.0. My operation system is Windows 98.
I'll install it on a windows nt server if it works.

To avoid the error, exit all programs, especially make sure to exit Internet Explorer. The setup may need to update Windows Scripting Host files that are also used and locked by the IE browser and this may cause the error.
