Yes and no. Java programs as pure executable programs do not exist. They are interpreted and executed by the Java Virtual Machine (jvm). Every java "program" requires separate instance of the jvm to be loaded. So, "yes" you can watch for jvm ("java.exe") and "no" because if you have two java "programs" running you will not be able to say looking at the loaded modules which is which, they both "java.exe" So if you run just one "program" you can watch it, if you run more than one then you cannot rely on this method. However, instead of monitoring "modules" you may want to monitor "windows". You can create a JAL script in 24x7 to watch for a specific window title.
