[12.4.476 Pro] - Preprocessor issues

There's a regression in the preprocessor plugin. It seems that it completely disregards the global preprocessor definitions. When trying to use one it says it is not found.

Also, in earlier versions, the messages regarding the preprocessor were shown in the bottom right pane, and now they are dumped into the messages pane and can be easily missed when there are tons of messages. On the other hand, they are visible even if the preprocessor plugin pane is not, it might be a bit better this way. The best would be to show them in both places, if possible.

Also2, the filter in the messages pane is a bit unreliable. There are two message lines containing the word "preprocessor". If I type 'proc' into the filter editbox, it shows both,

but when I type 'pre' it only shows one.

EDIT: Unchecking the Active checkbox does not seem to take effect either.
