monthly jobs did not start

None of our jobs that were set to process on the first day of the month worked. We have to manually execute all the jobs. We are using the default calendar. I have attached an image of a setup.


We are using version 4.4 build 337

Please check your schedule.log file for any error messages recorded today or last night. A common error could cause problems with all jobs scheduled to run today. Alternatively you can use the Log Viewer utility (Tools/Log Viewer menu). do you see any errors or warnings?

There were no error messages that i noticed. I reveiw the log several times a day and did not see any errors or warnings.

Are they all assigned to the same queue? Are there other jobs assigned to that queue and scheduled to start a day before or the same day but earlier?

The jobs are not assigned the same queue. We have multiple agents whith their own queues. Jobs, dailyreports, weeklyreports that ran in the TOL1 agent/TOL1-reports queue processed as expected.
Maybe this problem was related to Leap Year?

This could be caused by a couple of bugs I've struck:

- if you normally leave the GUI running, try restarting it. It gives up scheduling random jobs after a few days. We normally run the service and save the GUI for editing.

- Try fiddling with the Start Date, it sometimes interacts with the Days and prevents jobs running. Particularly try setting it to the 1st, same as the Days.
