Max jobs not saved |
|
24x7 windows version 3.6.11 on VMWare Windows 2008 R2 server running as service.
I start the 24x7 scheluder on the server "Run As Administrator".
When I set the Max jobs to 0 unlimited the value is not saved.
I look at the reigstery setting it has 0, but when I re-start 24x7 the slider is on 1.
This is causing jobs not to run, because the queue has reached it's max.
Attached is the screen shot from our server.
Thanks,
Jay

The value is saved in the registry in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SoftTree Technologies, Inc.\24x7 Scheduler\3.0\Queues\[queue name here]\MaxQSize; Windows is somehow undoing your changes when you restart 24x7. You may want to temporarily disable UAC to overcome that user virtualization issue or update the registry directly using regedit.exe
