Changing system time via ntp |
|
Hi
We have a change request internally to change our network time protocol server settings on our windows ed 3.6.2 scheduler.
Should we expect problems if the windows time changes when a job is going?

If you are moving the system clock forward, that may cause the scheduler to skip jobs scheduled to start before the new time. If you are moving the clock back, that may cause the scheduler to repeat jobs scheduled to start after the new time and before the current time.
