Due to scrolling the mouse pointer ends up on top of a table name. You pause to think and up pops the table definition interrupting your train of thought. You hit Escape to make it go away and a few seconds later it is back. Suggestion: Escape closes the popup and stops it until the mouse is moved a pixel.
