Beta 4.0.21 - Error on Sql Server 2005

Beta 4.0.21 , client sql server 2005 on db 2000 and winxp sp3.
After having made the "show procedure code" on a store procedure and while scrolling the window-code of sql assistant with the mouse wheel, sql server (and sql assistant) closed with the following error:

This has been already fixed in build 4.0.22 - released last week. We expect build 4.0.24 to be available later today. :)

Ah, ok (but since yesterday, there was only the 4.0.21 online...)
Then , i've installed the 4.0.24 but now sql server randomly close , without any error !
Instead, Sql assistant still works... before i've changed only the settings of the sql references to 2000 db and used the program for a while.

I have closed all the programs , uninstalled the 4.0.21 , checked if the "Sql Assistant" folder was regularly deleted and then installed the .24, no restart after or before.
I'll try to restart windows.

Two more things:
1. Please verify the SQL Assistant is running as an add-on for SSMS. In the Options, on Targets page, on left side click MS Management Studio target, expand Advanced options on right. Verify "Register Add-on" is set to Yes. If not, set it to Yes and restart SSMS.
2. If the above doesn't help, please try disabling the real-time background syntax checking and see if that helps. Just in case, to disable it, use right-click menu->SQL Assistant ->Check SQLL Syntax->Auto Check->Off. If this helps, there might be a problem with the installed version of SQL Server ADO or ODBC driver, whichever is currently used for the connection

The sql assistant is register as add-on corretly.
Today a new error , while i'm completing a query, sql server management studio closed, reporting to m$:

ehm, also with the .24 , an error like the first, always when i'm scrolling with mouse wheel the sqlass-code window of a sp:

The error indicates problems with RichEdit window. You sais you are using SQL Server Management Studio. I believe there is no such window in SQL Server Management Studio. Are you using Visual Studio or something else? It is extremely important for us to understand exactly what you are doing and where, in order to successfully troubleshoot this issue.

Please provide full screenshot of the target editor and window in which you are entering your code.

Additional note. The default configuration only supports "VsTextEditPane" window class for "MS Management Studio" target. Your message refers to "RichEdit20W" Did you change the default configuration? What else did you change in the default settings of this target?

The only configuration that i have changed is the "sql reference" from sql server 2005 to 2000, on all the targets with 2005.
Yes , i've installed the visual studio 2005 for long time, during the second error of RICHED20.dll it was paused-debug on background of management studio but during the other errors (also the first) the visual studio was closed.
