There is no such function. Best you can do is to write your own function to calculate next run time. Why do you need this?
24x7 COM and Java APIs feature JobForecast function that returns forecast for all jobs. Take a look, maybe it does what you want. If you want to get forecast for a particular job you can parse the output and find next run time for that job.
