I believe this is just a message stating that the service received stop request. You can probably reproduce this if you start and then stop the service manually.
If this is the case check what could cause the service to stop?
Check for jobs that restart services, check for system restarts, check for other software that recycles services periodically.
If the service is setup under a user account check that user did not logon/logoff from the machine 5 times. Logging off causes termination of all services for that user. : We have 24x7 (VERSION 3.4.9) running as a service and in the
