Post Running as service Reply with quote

We are trying to run the scheduler as an NT (2000 Sever) service.
The service is started and logged on to the network as myself.
however the job I have out there won't run. It's set to run hourly.
The scheduler shows that it is set to run.
it runs when I submit it as run now.
help

Check the job log.

: Check the job log.
The job log does not show the job as being run.
IF I stop the service and open the stand alone module
everything runs fine.
If I then start the service log off it does not run.

Is this a trial version by any chance?

Does the service start (you can check it in the job log and also in the Services applet in the Control Panel)?

The service shows that it is started
However, if you look at the 24X7 log file it does not show it as started.
Also, when I stop the service the log does not show it the service as ending.
